Aspen real estate agent Andrew Ernemann would rather make money than war when it comes to using virtual reality.
As anyone who watched the Super Bowl commercials Sunday night saw, one of the big ways companies are using virtual reality is in war games. But Ernemann believes the immersive technology also is a new frontier for selling real estate.
He has created a virtual reality real estate showroom on Main Street in Aspen where he combines web-based touchscreen televisions and virtual reality goggles to give prospective buyers a unique experience and different way to pursue options.
Ernemann has been a big number cruncher during his real estate career. He produces thorough reports on sales trends at regular intervals throughout the year. But, he noted, lots of real estate agents are churning out market reports these days.Read Full Article
